ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES
Vergara Design and Construction, Inc. offers high end residential interior architectural design services in New York City, Florida, Chicago, Mexico and Hong Kong. This entails taking your current home and designing its new layout, creating a full set of architectural plans, building approvals, permits, and overseeing the design during construction. We offer full service residential design.
STEP 1: DESIGN CONSULTATION
Tell us everything! We will meet with you virtually to go over what your project scope looks like, the feasibility of the desired scope, and present our pricing breakdown for your custom home. We'll walk you through our design process in detail and if we are a good fit for your project, we will schedule an in person meeting to meet with you and to view the property. We will then take a deeper dive into your aesthetic, project scope, and timeline.
STEP 2: ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
The first thing we do when we begin is come out to your property with our team to conduct a full dimensional survey of your space. We will work with this detailed survey to create the new set of proposed plans and elevations to meet your design needs. We will assist you to select all materials and fixtures. We also create 3D designs in tandem so you can visualize the space with our 3D services.
Once we have an approved layout, we prepare the renovation package to be submitted for building and city approvals.
STEP 3: EXPEDITING AND PERMITS
Once we have confirmation of building approvals, we prepare the set of designed plans for NYC permits. We have our in house expediter and architect diligently prepare all the filing forms, DOB NOW accounts and submit the filing plans for review, approval and permits. With permits in hand, you are ready to begin your renovation!
