BUILD & CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
Vergara Homes LLC. offers high end residential renovation services in New York City. This entails taking your full set of approved architectural plans, building approvals, permits, from concept to reality. We are with you every step of the way, and we work closely with the our design team to execute the designed work established during the design phase.
STEP 1: ADMINISTRATIVE
Once we have permits in hand, we begin coordinating with your building for the start date of construction. We will establish the construction timeline and verify the construction budget per the designed plans and scope of work. We will prepare and manage all orders of materials and fixtures, as well as oversee the project management of the construction phase for you.
We will prepare with a kick off meeting to engage in the start of construction. We will keep you informed with progress each step of the way.
STEP 2: CONSTRUCTION PHASE
Once we have begun construction, our team will work tirelessly to keep your project running as smoothly and diligently as possible. We will schedule meetings with you as needed to keep the project running on schedule and keep you in the loop with any updates, changes, or requirements we will need to keep going. We are proud to run this phase of the work for you because we have a strong passion for design and attention to detail.
STEP 3: PUNCH LIST, REVEAL, & CLOSE OUT
Towards the end of the project, we will establish a punch list with all the remaining items left to finish the construction phase. Once we completed the punch list, we will set that move in date and then pop that champagne as you walk into your new home filled with flowers and that new home smell!
Afterwards, we will work on closing out all the permits, and submitting the final close out package to your building and the city upon completion of your home.
